- Ask first. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with the order number, product name, and photos if the piece arrived damaged. We send an RMA and the East Haven return address.
- Do not drop a box without that RMA. Unmarked parcels stall.
- Eligible: unworn shirts with tags, pants with no hem change, jackets without stains or broken zippers. Try the piece indoors on a clean floor.
We will not take back
- Washed, tumbled, hemmed, or outdoor-worn garments
- Cut labels, missing tags, smoke, perfume, or pet odor
- Deodorant or makeup on collars
- Anything marked final sale
- Change-of-mind after day 30 (defects excepted)
Size swap
There is no same-ticket exchange. Return the first piece, then order the size you want if it is still listed.
Postage and refunds
You pay return postage unless we sent the wrong item or a defective piece — then we send a prepaid label or refund reasonable postage after intake. Merchandise refunds go to the original card, usually 5–10 business days after we scan the return in East Haven. Outbound shipping was already free, so there is no ship refund on a change of mind.

Inspection
We open returns in the order they arrive at 600 NORTH HIGH ST, EAST HAVEN, CT 06512-1552. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.
How long a refund takes to show
Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.
Advertising claim
The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Iasparra Wear.
