Posted November 2, 2026. This is the shipping rule for Iasparra Wear (iasparrawear.shop), run by IASPARRA ROCCO F 3RD LLC from East Haven, Connecticut.
1. Territory
Parcels leave East Haven for U.S. addresses only. The 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii are in scope when the carrier accepts the ZIP. We do not export. A non-U.S. checkout is cancelled and the card is refunded. No hold for “later international.”
2. What checkout must show
Standard U.S. shipping is $0 on every order. No minimum. No extra handling line after you pay. If checkout shows a paid rate, stop and email [email protected] — that is a bug, not a surcharge we intend.
Sales tax, when due, is separate from shipping.
3. Packing desk in East Haven
After the card payment confirms, we pack in 1–2 business days (up to 3 if Connecticut weather or a holiday closes the desk). Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Shirts go in a poly mailer; jackets and trousers may ship folded in a small carton. We do not press or dry-clean before dispatch. Tracking is emailed at the first carrier scan.
4. How long the carrier takes
USPS, UPS, or a comparable U.S. carrier typically delivers in 3–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii can run longer. If a scan sits still more than three business days, write [email protected] with the tracking number.
5. Address errors and refused boxes
We print the address you typed. If the parcel returns to 600 NORTH HIGH ST, EAST HAVEN, CT 06512-1552, we can reship after any carrier return fee, or refund the merchandise. The same options apply if you refuse delivery.
6. Damage or a missing scan
Photograph the outer wrap and the garment (collar, zipper, hem) within 7 days of delivery. Keep the packing slip. For a parcel with no delivery scan after the published window, we reship if the style is in stock or we refund the item.

The live checkout on https://iasparrawear.shop/checkout/ must show a United States ship-to and a $0.00 shipping line. We do not add paid freight after the card captures. If a paid method appears, it is an error — email [email protected] and do not complete the order.
Cut-off
Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. local time in EAST HAVEN, CT on a business day usually make that day’s pack list. Later orders roll to the next business day. Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
What we will not do
We will not hold a parcel for pickup in another country, split an order to dodge export rules, or mark a foreign address as “gift” to force a label.
